Scope:

The purposeof this RFP is to secure the services of three (3) Business Solutions Analysts who will offer analysis services on all existing CalHEERS and emerging technologies, such as consumer relationship management tools (Sales Force),Chatbot, and Data Warehouse. Covered California intends to execute one (1) agreement with the selected Proposer who will provide the three (3) Business Solutions Analysts.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on ITprojects with the primary responsibility, size, and scope comparable tothe business needs of
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experiencefollowing SDLCs to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements applied to the design and development of systems and
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing analysis and design for complex information technologyenterprise systems.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with change management
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experienceattending JAD sessions to identify gaps with existing systems and scopeout new requirements, perform gap and cost analysis, and implement changerequests.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience of System/UAT testing experience for large scale project(s).

• Two (2) years’ experience working with the Hewlett Packard (HP) Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira, Rational Team Concert
• Two (2) years of experience working in Agile methodology.
• Two (2) years of experience working with State Welfare Medi-Cal projects, Statewide Automated Welfare System (SAWS), State Integrated Eligibility systems, health insurance issuers or comparable.
• Two (2) years of data analysis experience for large scale government project(s) or comparable.
