Job Description and Duties- Lead Service Now administrator utilizing expert knowledge of data processing concepts, practices, methods, and principles.
- Administer and provide leadership and technical expertise for Service Now.
- Develop, configure, and enhance the Service Now platform.
- Provide excellent communication and manage project schedules.
Under Government Code 14200, this position is a hybrid, in‑office/telework position. The incumbent must live and work in California. Open‑spaced partitioned offices, prolonged periods on a personal computer up to 90% of the time, occasional required moving of objects up to 25 pounds, may require 24x7 on‑call support and weekend support, and occasional travel up to 10% for overnight or day trips for covered California locations.

3), Power Shell, Anti‑Virus software, Enterprise Backup Solutions, Patch Management, Mobile Device Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management, VMWare. - Ability to be a team leader, communicate effectively, manage project schedules, work independently, stay current with software developments, develop technical documentation, adapt and manage multiple tasks and priorities, develop effective solutions, and communicate with users, team members, and management.
