Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and provide clear data visualizations for the CORE team.
  • Use Salesforce to monitor, review, and analyze recruitment results and activities.
  • Inform marketing strategies and priorities to improve enrollment into the CCC program.
  • Lead digital stakeholder outreach using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and develop reports.
  • Collaborate on content creation and deliver monthly reports.
  • Manage website and social media analytics, monitor trends, and recommend performance improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid California civil service exam credentials for Associate Governmental Program Analyst or Staff Services Analyst.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in report building, spreadsheet utilization, and statistical interpretation.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Understanding of best practices in data visualization.
  • Independent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and clear communication.
