Responsibilities- Research, analyze, and provide clear data visualizations for the CORE team.
- Use Salesforce to monitor, review, and analyze recruitment results and activities.
- Inform marketing strategies and priorities to improve enrollment into the CCC program.
- Lead digital stakeholder outreach using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and develop reports.
- Collaborate on content creation and deliver monthly reports.
- Manage website and social media analytics, monitor trends, and recommend performance improvements.
- Valid California civil service exam credentials for Associate Governmental Program Analyst or Staff Services Analyst.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in report building, spreadsheet utilization, and statistical interpretation.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of best practices in data visualization.
- Independent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and clear communication.
