Sr. People Soft FSCM Consultant

Duration: +12 months

Need GC and USC

Details:

• 1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years’ experience working with People Soft Financials (at least 1 year experience with People Soft Financials version 9.1 and above), Enterprise Learning (ELM) version 9.0 and above, Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.0 and above.
• 2) 5 years’ experience of Windows server platforms and operation systems.
• 3) 10 years’ experience performing installation and maintenance of People Soft software.
• 4) 10 years’ experience documenting modification of software applications or process changes.
• 5) 10 years’ experience in the analysis, programming, and design of People Soft HCM.
• 6) 5 years’ experience in implementation of Absence Management and Time & Labor of HCM.
• 7) 10 years’ experience working with Microsoft SQL or Oracle database platforms with People Soft HCM version 9.0 or higher, experience in People Tools – People Code, Application Engine, PS/Query, SQL, Crystal Reports, SQLs, Process Scheduler, PS/nVision, Integration Broker and BI Publisher.
• 8) 1 year experience in People Soft Interaction Hub (Portal) and People Soft Internet.
• 9) 2 years’ experience in Web Logic installation and administration.
• 10) 1 year experience in Secure Enterprise Search (SES) installation and administration.
• 11) 1 year experience of RPS (Reverse Proxy Server and HTTPS setups of Web Logic Server).
• 12) 5 years’ experience in Customization of Integration Broker, Web Services, and Portlets.

• 1) 5 years’ experience with a State of California People Soft environment and configurations to comply with the complexities of rules and constrains with Statewide rules and Labor regulations.
• 2) 5 years’ experience in training internal Technical Staff.
• 3) 5 years’ in translating function requirements to technical requirements.
• 4) 1 year experience in the support and configuration of Enterprise Learning Module 9.2 and its integration with HCM (both 9.0 and 9.2) and Financials 9.x modules.
• 5) 2 years’ experience in Asset Management configuration and implementation, and integration with external applications, such as Remedy on Demand.
• 6) 2 years’ experience in California Department of Technology’s Change Management Process and monitoring and responding to tickets within Remedy on Demand.
