Requirements- Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user‑centered design and iterative development.
- Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large
