ServiceNow IT Project Manager

• PMP Certification from PMI

• Each proposed Candidate must possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate. Responses must include verification of this certification.
• The Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of broad and extensive experience in managing complex IT systems and integration projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity. For each project used to document the five (5) years of minimum experience, describe the following:
  • Strategic and business significance of the projects within the portfolios.
  • Scope, timeframe, and costs of the projects within the portfolio.
  • Candidate’s role, including specific examples demonstrating knowledge and experience with Project Management principles, concepts, and practices.
• A minimum of (3) years’ experience managing projects utilizing Agile Methodology.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience evaluating and managing large- scale multi-phase projects, including producing project schedules, status reports, and project plans. Experience must be within the last ten (10) years.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience utilizing relevant programs, such as Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience utilizing Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with managing deployment and implementation of Service Now Platform.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with facilitating and coordinating Organization Change Management.
