Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience- Proven technical expertise in GIS concepts, analysis, and tools
- Hands‑on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise (including Server, Portal, and Datastore)
- Experience configuring and using ESRI mobile applications such as Survey
123, Collector, and Runtime - Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Spatial Database Engine (SDE)
- Ability to develop and deploy GIS server technologies
- Practical experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases, including triggers and procedures
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to GIS such as Python, .NET, and Java Script
- Experience designing, documenting, and implementing ESRI geospatial database schemas and enterprise geodatabases
- Track record of building feature classes, publishing web map/feature services, and updating map layers in ESRI platforms
- Ability to configure and maintain map attributes, symbology, scale, and filtering
- Prior experience managing, analyzing, or integrating utility‑related spatial data
- Recent ESRI training, certifications, or project experience
- Familiarity with integration using API, REST, and database technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud‑based GIS deployment or automation scripts a plus
