general description

the analytics program manager – product insights will lead data-driven initiatives that inform product marketing strategy, development, and performance optimization across the organization. This role is pivotal in leveraging member and market data to uncover insights that drive innovation, enhance product marketing performance, and support strategic decision-making in the financial services vertical.

the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial services, strong analytical acumen, and a passion for translating complex data into actionable product recommendations. This role will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure data is at the heart of every product decision.

tasks, duties, functions
  • product performance analytics: monitor and analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • strategic insights: deliver actionable insights to support product marketing roadmap decisions, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization.
  • member behavior analysis: identify opportunities to improve product performance through segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifecycle modeling.
  • segmentation & personalization: partner with the consumer insights team to develop and maintain personalized product experiences and targeted marketing.
  • cross-functional collaboration: partner with product, marketing, cx, and technology teams to embed analytics into product lifecycle management.
  • tool & vendor oversight: manage analytics platforms and external partners to ensure high-quality data and insights delivery.
  • reporting & storytelling: create dashboards and presentations that communicate product performance and member insights to stakeholders.
  • innovation & experimentation: conduct a/b tests and experiments to evaluate marketing tactics, pricing strategies, and user flows.
  • other duties: perform other related duties as assigned or requested by management.

  • experience in product performance analysis, and data driven mindset to increase product performance.
  • must possess sufficient knowledge and expertise in product lifecycle, customer analysis, and marketing to drive improvements across the portfolio of offerings.

  • internal: all levels of staff.
  • external: will partner and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and peers in financial institutions.
qualifications
  • education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, marketing, or related field
  • experience: 8+ years in product analytics, marketing analytics, or consumer insights. A strong background in financial services is a plus.
  • knowledge / skills:
    • expertise in product performance analysis.
    • experience with crm and digital analytics platforms (e.g., adobe analytics, google analytics).
    • strong understanding of segmentation, product lifecycle, and journey mapping.
    • excellent communication and storytelling skills.
    • proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
    • growth mindset and curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
    • expertise in financial product performance metrics a plus.
physical requirements
  • prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
  • corrected vision within the normal range.
  • hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
