Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Developer with a strong focus on product development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and optimizing AI-driven solutions, with hands‑on experience in document intelligence platforms. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of AI products within a collaborative environment.

• Actively participate in the training and fine‑tuning of Google Doc AI models, ensuring alignment with evolving product requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor, maintain, and manage AI models in production environments; troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability, stability, and optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve Doc AI model‑related issues using strong analytical and technical skills to maintain seamless operation.
• Analyze model performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and overall efficacy.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models on AWS platforms; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions into broader product ecosystems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong product‑oriented approach with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Collaboration & Problem‑Solving:
  Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated experience in training and managing Google Doc AI models in production settings.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  Familiarity with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing machine learning models.
• Cloud Deployment:
  Experience deploying machine learning models on AWS cloud infrastructure.
