GIS; ESRI Technical Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the utilities and infrastructure sector, is seeking a GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst to join their team. As a GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst, you will be part of the GIS Support Department supporting operational and project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: GIS (ESRI) Technical Analyst

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: $75

• Assist with operational projects and enhancement requests related to geospatial data management.
• Support the development and documentation of ESRI schema and integration requirements.
• Design and implement ESRI Enterprise Geodatabases for centralized geospatial data storage.
• Support virtual server deployments, ensuring compliance with ESRI system requirements.
• Create and configure ESRI feature classes, maps, and web map services to support data integration and visualization.

• Proven expertise in GIS concepts, analysis, and tools, especially with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Hands‑on experience with ESRI ArcGIS Server, Portal, and Datastore components.
• Experience working with ESRI mobile applications such as Survey
  123, Collector, and Runtime.
• Strong database skills, particularly with Oracle and SQL Server, including triggers and procedures.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to GIS, such as Python, .NET, and JavaScript.
