Scopeof Work
Capio Group is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide IT Services for implementation of the client s cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, software licensing and maintenance, and optional post-implementation services. The proposed solution is an enterprise-level data system, to address current and future information needs. The client solution supports a secure system to intake documentation, certifications, compliance forms, and data from public water systems;
determine compliance; support staff and management through compliance evaluations, document generation, and recordkeeping; facilitate data-driven decision-making; and provide automated data publication. The Salesforce Administrator will be delegated to handling Salesforce team scope and communication to clients during delivery.
As part of the team, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Salesforce.
- Establish and enforce governance policies and best practices.
- Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data.
- Provide reporting on a regular basis to help users and executives gain insights and make decisions from Salesforce data.
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated business processes.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams for complex solutions and solve business problems.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Lead system upgrades, feature rollouts, and security reviews.
- Responsible for the strong communication with executives and stakeholders.
- Responsible for the development of technical system documentation.
- Act as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues.
- Provide end user training and knowledge transfer.
