Base pay range
- A $6,513.00 - $8,729.00
- B $7,163.00 - $9,599.00
- C $7,864.00 - $10,537.00
- Supports the CDPH mission and strategic plan by creating customer‑focused solutions that are responsive and agile, supporting a modern infrastructure, tools, architecture, and standards to effectively provide efficient services following service‑level agreements.
- Performs a wide variety of tasks on complex statewide systems and projects, including but not limited to requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting business and technical solutions.
- Serves as a subject‑matter expert in the maintenance and support of on‑premise and/or in‑cloud systems; troubleshoots and fixes issues; provides production support and maintenance for mission‑critical systems; performs technical system configuration and upgrades; conducts performance tuning and problem resolution.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and vendors in support of system functionality and enhancements and performs integrated testing of systems.
- Works with diverse technical and non‑technical personnel and management at local, state, and federal levels to support system websites, manage certificates and data‑exchange protocols.
- Performs duties within the domains of Software Engineering, Client Services, System Engineering, Business Technology Management, and Information Security Engineering.
- May be required to work outside of normal work hours to support mission‑critical systems.
