In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Participate in internal projects as required.Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements.Work closely with internal and external customer project managers, developers, and teams, to ensure success.Develop exceptional technical expertise and deliver customer service through to implementation and support.Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign with the Project Managers.Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project.Assist technical project team lead with development to produce high-level and detailed implementation and solution designs that align with business objectives and customer requirements.Maintain current Service Now knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:- ONE (1) CSA or CAD.
- FIVE (5) Micro Certifications.
- ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications.
