EY’s Oracle Services practice offers national consulting expertise in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full‑lifecycle initiatives. As a Senior Manager in Oracle Services focused on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors, you will lead client engagements and pursuits, drive program delivery, and provide high‑quality business value through automation of Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.

• Lead systems implementation as a project manager.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate alignment across business and technical teams.
• Align with clients on scope and deliverables.
• Work with pursuit teams to develop client proposals.
• Assist project teams with developing solution architecture to meet complex client requirements.
• Mentor and coach managers, senior, and staff‑level consultants.

• Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.

• Drive transformation across the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute SaaS implementations.

• Understanding of system development lifecycle and technology/ business architecture frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in project management for system implementation.
• 3+ years of solution architecture experience with SaaS solutions in Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and work streams.
• Experience with two or more of:
  Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle People Soft, Net Suite, Zuora Billing and Revenue.
• 5+ full‑life‑cycle implementations involving Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
• 2+ full‑life‑cycle ERP implementations covering order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report, and procure‑to‑pay.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with full‑life‑cycle sales processes and responding to client RFPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client need.
• Prior consulting experience.

• MBA, MS in Information Systems, MS in Computer Science, or related master’s degree.
• Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, Net Suite, or Zuora.
• Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
• Exposure to CRM and CPQ systems and integration with Billing and Revenue Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting systems for mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
• Experience creating Statements of Work (SOW).

Base salary range for this role (US, all geographies): $171,600 – $392,100. (NYC, Washington, CA: $205,900 – $445,700). Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors.
