Requirements- Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years must have been as a senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities, including observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities related to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.
- Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.
- Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports.
- Performing traceability matrix analysis.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile solution implementation methodologies based on the principles of user‑centered design and iterative development.
- Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on an IT project.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working as an IV&V Lead on a large‑scale software development project.
- Must possess an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree and a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Possession of another PMI or SCRUM Alliance certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in EHR implementation.
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on, operational experience using two or more of the following: AWS, Databricks, Service Now, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with the State of California Project Approval Lifecycle Purpose or Project Management Framework.
The compensation for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance‑based bonuses and can participate in a performance‑based incentive plan. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays, and 13 days accrued PTO.
