Overview
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 1–3 years of IT support experience to provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for Windows 10/11 environments. You’ll provision and configure laptops, printers, and peripherals, manage support tickets, and deliver excellent customer service to end users.
Base pay range$28.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11).
- Provision and configure laptops, printers, and peripherals for new hires.
- Manage support requests in a ticketing system (Service Now experience a plus).
- Deliver empathetic, patient, and service-oriented support to end users.
- Work independently and maintain focus during lab-based tasks.
- Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base.
- 1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience.
- Experience with Windows 10/11.
- Basic knowledge of desktop hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- Service Now experience is a plus.
$28/hr to $30/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
