About this Position:
Job Title: Data Architect / Migration Lead
Responsibilities- Conduct data profiling, mapping, and cleansing for all legacy sources.
- Define migration strategy, validation procedures, and reconciliation checks.
- Design target data models and integration schemas.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops and QA for migration testing and performance tuning.
- Support ETL automation, reporting, and analytics enablement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
- 8+ years in data architecture and migration projects.
- Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and metadata management experience.
- Experience with legacy‑to‑cloud migrations (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
SQL). - Familiarity with State or Federal data security policies (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
