• Care, Inc. is a Managed Services Organization (MSO) created exclusively to bridge medical and non-medical services under California’s new CalAIM program. Enhanced Care Management, Housing Navigation, and Nursing Facility Transition are just a few services we provide.
Master Care Human Resources Assistant provides crucial administrative support for daily HR functions, managing tasks like maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, processing payroll/benefits, managing HR calendars, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all HR operations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. This position is both remote 2 days per week and in office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support:
Conduct background checks, prepare offer letters. - Employee Records:
Maintain and update employee databases & files. - Onboarding/Offboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientations, process paperwork, assist with exit interviews and termination processes. - Benefits & Payroll:
Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and resolving related issues. - Administrative Duties:
Schedule meetings, manage HR calendars, answer employee questions, prepare reports, and handle departmental emails. - Employee Relations:
Support HR manager with policy implementation, address grievances, and ensure compliance. - Special Projects:
In coordination with Leadership Team, assist with special projects.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or 3-5 years experience in a Humans Resources role.
- Ability to anticipate, including an awareness that goes beyond the task-at-hand.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Web based technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
- Punctual, organized and efficient.
- Maintains a professional demeanor.
- Bilingual or multilingual is desired but not required.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, scheduling, coordinating and evaluating projects.
- General skills in program planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to embrace organizational goals and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adhere to professional boundaries and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to perform the physical demands of this position, including:
- Sit and/or stand for long periods.
- Navigate stairs, bend, and reach.
- Lift, push, or pull a minimum of 10 lbs.
- Some Travel for Company Meetings may be required.
- Starting Pay: $23-$25 per hour
