LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to join our team onsite in Sacramento. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across a range of professional and technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver a strong hiring experience while supporting local business needs.
This is an onsite role and requires regular presence in the Sacramento office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise summaries
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps in a timely manner
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Support compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support workforce planning needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- 2 or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or corporate roles
- Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Knowledge of local Sacramento labor market is a plus
- Onsite work in the Sacramento office
- Regular interaction with internal teams and candidates
