The Front Desk Agent is the guest experience champion—welcoming guests, managing check-ins, and assisting with requests. You are the face of the hotel, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient while coordinating reservations and front desk tasks behind the scenes.

• Guest Service Superstar: provide warm, top-tier service to make guests feel at home and handle inquiries or requests to ensure a memorable stay.
• Communication Champ: convey information clearly and confidently when interacting with guests and coordinating with the team.
• Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: respond to issues promptly and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Multitasking Marvel: manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details in an organized, efficient manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
