Sr Clinical Solution Specialist

• Provide clinical support to customers and the salesforce on clinical products and services
• Collaborate with the sales force on product conversions and implementations
• Conduct assessments and data analysis to identify problem areas and recommend solutions
• Engage in quality investigations and clinical reviews to promote best practice recommendations
• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry events

• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Experience with external catheters
• Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and/or Emergency Department preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify trends and drive improvements
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours during in-services
