Primary Therapist Outpatient

Overview

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our newly opened PHP/IOP facility in Sacramento, CA. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations.

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Pay rate: 80,000 - 85,000 for unlicensed and 90,000 - 95,000 for licensed
• Hours:
  
  candidates available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Actual workday is 8 hours within that time frame, with at least two days each week scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays 9am - 5pm
