Hybrid (up to 3 days per week)

$7,172.00 - $8,910.00 per month

• Project manage and lead evaluations and research on complex healthcare reimbursement policy issues.
• Develop issue papers, recommendations, and new reimbursement policies.
• Draft responses to CMS, control agencies, and Legislative inquiries.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, public communications, and legal review.
• Oversee Interested Parties Advisory Group reporting.
• Serve as point of contact for Medi-Cal rate‑setting negotiations with providers, advocates, and state agencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, policy analysis, or related work.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and complex fiscal analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
