Outpatient Program Manager - Roseville
Location:
Sacramento, California (Roseville area). Organization:
Heritage Oaks Hospital, part of Universal Health Services (UHS). This role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Manage the day-to-day program services, consulting with the Director of Outpatient Services and the Program Director in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the clinical services.
- Provide on-site leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through organized, program-focused activities.
- Maintain awareness of current mental health activities in the community.
- Maintain awareness of community and market-related activities, including knowledge of other providers, needs of local payers, and the political climate related to mental health.

- Education: Master’s Degree in mental health/behavioral sciences field required or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity preferred.
- Licensure: Appropriate State Licensure/license eligible in field of expertise or registration with the California Board of Behavioral Science is required.
- Additional Requirements: Handle with Care training within 90 days of employment and CPR.
