Starting Compensation: 23.16 - 27.79 USD Per Hour

Employee Recognition & Rewards

- Five (5) years of experience in a behavioral health setting or in a social service field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health setting or in a social service field
- Personal experience as a consumer in child welfare, probation, or mental health systems, preferred.
- License or Certification
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Peer Support Specialist Certification: successful completion of the certification process within one year of employment is required.
NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview)This position’s primary role is to triage and respond to phone calls, emails, and social media posts for the Community Service program. The Outreach Specialist is primarily responsible for creating and monitoring content and engagement on social media platforms; providing outreach and education about Community Service programs and services to youth and community members; and monitoring and updating community resources.
