What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue across the defined territory by nurturing existing relationships and building new accounts
  • Regularly visit healthcare practitioner (HCP) offices within the assigned territory to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize CRM for effective territory management, including pre-call planning and post-call documentation
  • Conduct educational programs for HCPs and distributor sales representatives through in-person and virtual sessions
  • Collaborate with inside sales partners to generate leads and resolve customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness or supplement industry
  • Strong understanding of nutrition basics and experience analyzing sales and demographic data
  • Proven success in product sales and territory development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with a CRM, preferably
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners at a sophisticated level
  • Strong analytical skills for developing sales strategies based on data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated persistence and follow-through in driving sales to conclusion
