Salary Range: $100K - $127K

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

If yes, here is how you will contribute:

As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to help residents reach their highest potential in daily living activities. You will assess physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, develop and implement personalized therapy programs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care. Your role will be vital in enhancing residents’ quality of life through physical, occupational, speech, or recreational therapy based on your specialty.

Must Have:

  • Degree in a relevant therapy field.
  • State licensure in the therapy discipline (if applicable).
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or MHRC setting.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate nature with a desire to improve residents’ lives.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in long-term care or MHRC.
  • Certifications or specializations relevant to therapy.
  • Experience with Point Click Care  or other electronic medical records.
