Position: Part-time caregivers (PM Shift).

The Caregiver provides resident-centered care with compassion and nurturing, actively engaging seniors in their care. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a neat appearance, be kind, patient, calm, and well-organized. Responsibilities include delivering services according to individual care plans and assisting with activities of daily living using a Montessori-based philosophy.

We are seeking individuals interested in working with Memory Care residents, including assisting with baths, showers, and mobility support such as helping residents get in and out of wheelchairs and into showers.

• Perform or assist with baths, showers, or bed baths.
• Ensure proper personal care, including oral hygiene, shaving, hair grooming, and skin care.

Experience Requirements:

• Mobility training.
• Memory Care experience or experience in long-term care is required.
• Fluent English speaker.
