We are currently hiring a Full-Time Floater Caregiver to support our care team and office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility, reliability, and making a difference wherever they’re needed most.

Full-Time Floater Caregiver

Thursday – Monday (Full Time)

• Shifts dropped by other caregivers
• Last-minute or short-notice care needs
• Administrative and office support when not assigned to a client

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing and serving meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Shopping, errands, and transportation
• Filling in for open or call-off shifts as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Assisting with scheduling and open-shift coverage
• Supporting caregiver coordination and communication
• Helping with basic office tasks and documentation
• Supporting management with daily operational needs

• Competitive full-time hourly pay

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Strong reliability and flexibility
• Compassion, empathy, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfort working both independently and with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
