Caregiver (Placer County and El Dorado County) –

Location:

Placerville, El Dorado Hills, Roseville and Rocklin (West El Dorado County and Placer County). Pay: $18.00/hr - $23.00/hr this role is currently open, with part-time hours that may develop into full-time over time.

You will help implement customized care plans to nurture the whole person in mind, body and spirit. You will provide impeccable care by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family and enhancing their quality of life.

• Delivering exceptional in-home care to the client
• Execute comprehensive, personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities: hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation
• Maintain safety, order and client enjoyment at all times
• Document task completion and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience (less than 1 year may disqualify applicants)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• Strong empathy, compassion and kindness
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in various situations
• Reliability, punctuality
• Basic computer skills and general tech savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
