** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
** to join our skilled nursing/post-acute care team. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
** Pay:
From $58/hr**
* ** Starting at $58/hour** (based on experience)
** Schedule Options:
*** Full-time
* Part-time
* PRN* Flexible scheduling available
* Supportive leadership and collaborative interdisciplinary team
* Strong rehab department with a patient-centered focus
* Well-equipped therapy spaces
* Convenient Midtown Sacramento location
** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:
*** Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Perform dysphagia assessments and interventions
* Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
* Collaborate with nursing, dietary, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and compensatory strategies
** Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:
*** Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (or CFY candidates welcome)
* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
