Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) (Contract/1099/Independent Contractor)

No-cost education and career technical training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor that helps adolescents and young adults improve the quality of their lives through career technical and academic training.

Hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Provide the following mental health services to student patients:

• Mental health assessments for applicants and students to examine mood, behavior, thinking, reasoning, and other areas related to emotional wellness.
• Training and development as necessary.
• Collaboration with mental health specialists, the center’s medical staff, and Wellness staff for short-term counseling.

This is a contract role for a Clinical Psychologist with The Locums Company, LLC. The engager will work on-site and provide mental health care to student patients in accordance with their professional specialty and expertise. Focus is on mental health assessment as it relates to the future employability of the students.

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) license in California.
• Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with adolescents under clinical license.
• Willingness to work up to 4 hours per week.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Pay: $70.00 per hour

4 per week – Wednesday from 8 am – 12 pm PST

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
