Health Flex is a nurse-founded home health agency serving communities across the San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, and the Greater Sacramento Area. We focus on healing in the comfort of patients' homes and delivering compassionate care to patients and their families.

Home Health Speech Therapists (ST) focus on enhancing communication and swallowing abilities in patients. They assess, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer therapies to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions in the home setting.

• Assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer speech-language pathology services in patients’ homes.
• Deliver therapies to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals and care plans.
• Utilize technology and documentation tools to support clinical care and progress tracking.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and agency standards.

• Health Flex Assist: in-house resource for administrative duties to focus on patient care.
• Documentation support: extensive services to minimize time spent on documentation, including quality assurance, transcription, and OASIS support.
• Medbridge: app for home exercise programs with 3D models, videos, reminders, and progress tracking.
• Time-conscious scheduling: territory radius of 5-10 miles where feasible to reduce drive time.
• Flexible scheduling and autonomy to manage your own hours.

• Current and unrestricted CA ST License
• 1 year ST experience
• Current AHA CPR certification
• Valid Driver's License
