In this imperative role, you will be responsible for overseeing the annual benefit design process for the Qualified Health and Dental plans. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring plans comply with federal and state regulations and that Californians have access to affordable, high-quality healthcare.
Qualifications- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, particularly in program oversight.
- Ability to research, critically analyze, and interpret information.
- Ability to adapt to changes in workload, prioritize, and shift focus as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to learning and development.
