• Provide, direct and supervise all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education and documentation, to assure the best outcome for the patient.
• Ensure patient care follows the organization’s guidelines, professional standards, and community needs, and is in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• Serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current and prospective patients, to all internal and external customers.
• Ensure cross-disciplinary coordination to provide for consistent patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and customer service activities.

• Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Licensure or Certification as required by state guidelines.
• CPR Certification.
• 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered.
