Job Description: Under the supervision of the Senior Psychologist, the Psychologist-Clinical is responsible for preadmission screenings, evaluations, crisis intervention, individual therapy, treatment and discharge planning, interdisciplinary team evaluations, and consulting with medical staff. The role may include participation in staff meetings, institutional committees, research, and supervision of students and interns.

Minimum Qualifications: Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the California Board of Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Psychology meeting state educational criteria. Candidates in the process of obtaining licensure may be considered with the requirement to secure licensure within three years.

Additional Information: The position offers a recruitment and retention bonus, and eligible candidates may receive a $10,000 one-time stipend, with potential additional monthly differential. There is also a $5,000 referral bonus for current employees who refer new hires who remain employed for 90 days.
