Overview

Licensed Psychologist – Brain Injury & Pain Management Program (Confidential Search) – Match Bukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected and fast-paced specialty medical practice in the Sacramento area. We are seeking a licensed psychologist to join a mission-driven interdisciplinary team focused on brain injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management.

This role is ideal for a team-oriented clinician with experience in neuropsychological assessment, evidence-based therapy, and collaborative care. You’ll be working alongside a diverse and expert team of psychologists, physicians, social workers, speech therapists, wellness professionals, and care coordinators.

• Deliver individual, group, and milieu cognitive rehabilitation therapy
• Conduct neuropsychological and psychological assessments
• Provide psychotherapy for chronic pain, trauma, and TBI-related symptoms
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and family sessions
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
• Contribute to staff trainings and clinical development

• Valid California Clinical Psychology License (Required)
• Doctorate in Psychology and training in neuropsychological assessment
• Experience in interdisciplinary behavioral health settings preferred
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to travel periodically to the East Bay for training and collaboration

• Monday–Friday Schedule (In-person with some hybrid flexibility on Fridays after training); 8-5pm or so
