Note:
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
- Performs analytical staff work related to complaints, citations and fines, and investigations of dentists and dental auxiliaries for the Complaint & Compliance Unit (CCU) within the Enforcement Division.
- Provides oral and/or written translation of English and Spanish language (minimum 10 percent of the time) while performing duties.

- Fluency in Spanish is required for the position.
Candidates residing outside California may be admitted to the interview but must reside in California once hired. Hybrid telework is available; office location is Sacramento County.
Special Requirements- Fluency in Spanish is required; if not documented, a language fluency test may be required prior to hire.
- Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks are required; fingerprints will be submitted to the Department of Justice and clearance maintained during employment. The role may involve handling sensitive and confidential materials.
