Job Description and DutiesInterpret court commitment orders; initiate criminal identification process; analyze legal status to determine crime and sentence with applicable enhancements, aggravations, limitations, and Good Conduct Credit; compute parole and discharge dates; direct preparation of legal forms for transfer, extradition, parole, and discharge of persons under the jurisdiction of the Department.
Working ConditionsDivision of Adult Institutions, Case Records Services Headquarters in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County. Flexible telework available after training; hybrid telework. Free parking and nearby shopping and restaurants.
