Crowe’s Financial Institutions practice delivers tax solutions to a range of clients in the Capital Markets/Partnership domain. The successful candidate will play a leading role in developing high‑quality tax services, ensuring client relationships are positive and impactful, and helping expand our service offerings.

• Conduct tax research and provide guidance and consultation to clients.
• Identify and implement tax‑planning and tax‑savings strategies.
• Collaborate on large client projects and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Foster and maintain client tax relationships through deliverables and a consultative approach.
• Mentor and develop interns, staff, and senior staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.

• Previous experience with operational partnerships (required).
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required);
  Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• CPA, JD, or EA credential (required).
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in public accounting, large CPA firm, or corporate/public blend.
• Strong ability to grow and sustain client relationships.
• Excellent project management, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tax research.
