The Lottery's mission is to provide supplemental funding for California’s public schools and colleges. To help meet our mission, we are looking for an Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audits Team.

You will be responsible for independently planning, conducting, and reporting on the results of complex operational, performance, compliance, information systems, and financial related audits of the California State Lottery. You will act as the auditor-in-charge and exercise professional judgment and analytical skills throughout each phase of the audit engagement.

This position requires a current Associate Management Auditor exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired, please  to gain list eligibility.

You will be headquartered at the Sacramento Headquarters location and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as assigned. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Eligibility for telework requires the employee to reside in California.
