Controller-Healthcare

Our client is a well-established, multi-location, multi-provider healthcare organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in complex healthcare environments and enjoys working closely with executive leadership.

• Lead all operational accounting functions for a multi-location healthcare practice
• Manage monthly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Oversee complex physician compensation calculations and reporting (advanced Excel required)
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and internal controls
• Partner with revenue cycle, payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial results
• Support audits and maintain audit-ready financial records

• 5+ years of healthcare accounting experience in a multi-location environment
• Strong operational accounting background
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-tab financial models
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly analytical
