We are seeking a Seasonal Manager to provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning, including internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions between US GAAP and IFRS, share-based compensation, and financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts. You will assist with all aspects of the tax provision preparation, review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy, and assess tax risk and control environments, including those beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

• Provide tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning.
• Assist companies with all aspects of the preparation of the tax provision.
• Review tax provision processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control environment.
• Assess tax risk and control environments, inclusive of and beyond SOX 404.

• Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting
• Real estate experience a plus
• Tax Provision Preparation/Review
• Process and Controls Enhancement
• Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
• Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

• ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience
• Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation, with relevant tax experience in business or industry

• The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $90/hr to $120/hr salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
