Tax Accountant

West Coast Treasury & Tax Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an Experienced Tax Accountant with at least 2 years of tax experience for a full‑time hybrid role based in Sacramento. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and involvement in diverse tax projects, including federal, state, and international matters.

• Prepare federal and state tax returns;
  Corporate Income and Franchise Tax (Consolidated, Unitary, Separate)
• State LLC returns, amended returns, FBARs
• Support international tax matters and global tax provision (ASC 740 preferred)
• Work on tax credits and incentives (R&D, Foreign Tax Credit, 179D, state credits)
• Participate in tax software and automation initiatives (Alteryx, One Source, )
• Conduct complex tax research and communicate findings
• Assist with business licenses, annual filings, and ad‑hoc tax projects

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Master’s in Tax
• 2+ years of corporate tax experience
• Experience with consolidated federal and multi‑state returns
• Knowledge of C Corp, S Corp, and Partnership tax rules
