This role requires judgment, math skills, multitasking, and a strong customer service orientation. You’ll help keep the store operating smoothly and efficiently.

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure all policy and procedures are followed 100% and maintain high standards of appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cash control, food management, scheduling, and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations.
• Maintain attendance punctuality and reliable transportation.

• Relevant management experience, preferably in quick‑service pizza.
• Strong math skills for accurate handling of money and orders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Capacity to multitask, work under pressure, and navigate delivery sites.
• Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation.

Exposure to varying weather conditions; work temperatures can range from 36°F to 90°F+; handling hot surfaces up to 500°F; exposure to cornmeal dust; cramped walk‑in cooler; moving mechanical parts; and varying weather when delivering.
