- Set goals and prepare evaluations: Develop goals, conduct performance reviews, create career development plans, and prepare succession plans.
- Watch the bottom line: Evaluate financial progress and help centers plan accordingly.
- Always be innovating: Propose major capital projects, work with Facility Managers, and oversee approvals.
- Proactively promote an in‑center experience that delights guests:
Handle complaints promptly.
- 10+ years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in high‑volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venuesIPHERNAM
- Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills
- Exceptional people‑developer MB> customer‑service pro
- Experience supervising numerous departments with a staff of 50+
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Solid communication skills
Typical entertainment environment requiring walking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting of objects with assistance.
