Commercial Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates for commercial electrical projects and supporting the team throughout the bidding process.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Compensation
$100,000-$150,000 base salary, depending on experience
Performance based bonuses

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and scope of work
• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
• Support bid strategy and proposal submissions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial electrical estimator
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience with estimating software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
