Creeks is seeking a Civil Engineer to work under the direction of a licensed Civil Engineer on our Land Development team. Responsibilities for this position include designing a wide variety of private development projects such as single-family or multi-family housing subdivisions, commercial real estate development projects, and industrial parks. Other responsibilities include helping manage project budgets, building client relationships, quality control of land development projects, and overall project management.
In addition to managing projects, this role may include the management and mentoring of Engineers-In-Training and CAD Production staff. This position will include primarily office work.
Salary will be determined by candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. Benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, and performance bonuses. The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary.
