** Job Description
** AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Discipline Lead to direct and manage a variety of large-scale water infrastructure projects throughout the region. You will also have the opportunity to identify and pursue new clients/projects with business development goals.
** Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**+ Providing technical support to water infrastructure projects including: design, analysis, inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities+ Providing project management (client management, contract management, planning and execution, financial management, etc.)+ Oversee the development of plans, specifications, and construction estimates.+ Collaborate with teams performing geotechnical investigations and analysis for dams, reservoirs, levees, canals, tunnels, pipelines, flood protection systems, and conveyance facilities.+

Supervise preparation of technical reports, memos, and engineering design and construction related documents.+ Business development for new and existing clients.+ Ensure the quality of project deliverables.+ Mentoring and technical development of junior staff.+ Performing Independent Technical Reviews.

* Minimum Requirements:

**+ Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

* Preferred Qualifications:

**+ 15+ years of relevant civil engineering experience+ California Professional Engineer’s (PE) license+ Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

** Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
