We are a well‑established infrastructure consulting firm with nearly four decades of experience, delivering engineering, environmental, land acquisition, and construction management services for publicly funded transportation initiatives. Our portfolio spans thousands of projects, from roads and bridges to interchanges, trails, and other civic facilities, with a proven track record of guiding complex projects from planning through completion.

As an engineer on our team, you will be focusing on preparing designs, plans, estimates, and technical reports for civil engineering projects, with an emphasis on drainage design, stormwater compliance, surveying, and construction oversight. Responsibilities also include reviewing permit applications, conducting hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, inspecting projects for regulatory compliance, and supervising staff.

• BS in a related field
• P.E. or EIT license in California
• 5+ years of hydrology/hydraulics or water/wastewater/stormwater experience
• Software skills:
  AutoCAD, Microstation, HEC-RAS, Storm
  
  CAD, Pond Pack, Culvert Master, ESPG
• QSP/D certification (Nice to Have)
• Extensive stormwater drainage experience (Nice to Have)
